(SATSports) – A Kevin Durant led Brooklyn Nets dealt a 125-86 blowout to the Milwaukee Bucks in the second game of their Eastern Conference semi-final. The two time Finals MVP, Durant post up 36 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds in 3 quarters as the Nets put one step into the conference finals.

The Nets, were without James Harden who was pulled out in the early minutes of game 1 with a right hamstring tightness injury but it didn’t seem to matter as they took the match by 39 points. Brooklyn has not given an update on when the 2018 NBA MVP will able to play again as they chase their first ever championship

Kyrie Irving and Bruce Brown Jr held up their own endof the scoreboard as they put up 22 and 13 pointsrespectively.

It was a bad day in office for two time MVP Giannis and the Bucks, who shot 8 of 27 from the 3 point range and banked 4 of 9 free throws. Giannis, despites having an 18 point and 11 rebounds double double, still went for a disappointing 2 for 7 on the free throw line and was taken out early in the fourth as the game was well out of Milwaukee reach.

The Bucks, who swept the Miami Heat in their first round series would have to find inspiration if they’re to get anything out of this series, but they go home for games 3 and 4 which should be a huge morale boost for them.
